Mountain Bike Field Unit on the Hermit Hut Reverse Traverse Trail

Hermit Hut Reverse Traverse: On January 1, 2005 and January 16, 2005, our mountain bike field unit re-continued the re-discovery and re-exploration of the Hermit Hut Reverse Traverse Trail System, which is comprised of the Old Vore Mine Trail, Grubb Mine Trail, Assassins Trail, and/or Boole Road Trail.

Trackless Train Tunnel Number Zero: Our Rural Mystery Mountain Bike Field Unit conducted a series of investigation starting with a fly-by in April 2005, leading to Intra Vehicular Activity (IVA), and culminating in the first photos of the dark side of the Tunnel and evidence of humanoid habitation.   4. World's Shortest Endurance Race: The city of Auburn established the world's shortest endurance race, giving contestants one year to complete the adventure.


  5. Senseless Ground Shaking: The June 26th earthquake may have indirectly caused the incredible crop of oak fruit later that year.

On the last day of the first half of the first decade of the new millennium, Coyote Creek leaped from its banks and flooded the Crother Road Bridge between Applegate, Meadow Vista, and Weimar.
